Untangling the complex
for a simplistic user experience
Enterprise • SAS • Platform • B2B • AI • UX Strategy & IA • Cloud
With over 10 years of working with start ups, mid size tech firms and large corporations, I designed UX/UI for mobile consumer apps, content management systems, enterprise SaaS tools and cloud platforms, proudly contributing to their commercial success. I'm passionate about creating intuitive software interface and interaction experiences, meeting the needs of the end user.
My objective is to be part of a collaborative team developing innovative products and services that puts the user in control of achieving their goals faster and easier.

Collaborated with cross functional teams to
develop the UX/UI for Cisco's new full stack observability platform, an IT tool for DevOps, SREs and Developers.
(case study coming soon)
Translated the vision and technical concept of the new platform into experience Information Architecture. In collaboration with fellow designers I led the creation of a first draft prototype which provided guidance for the product team but also generated crucial feedback.
Sketching out the overall navigation structure like platform controls and application menus, established the foundational framework for key user flows across apps and modules. It also contributed to a more rapid development of core experiences like home page, configuration or data management.
Extensibility was a key feature of the new platform. I led the design of the platform's Market Place, outlining long term goals and coordinated with the product and engineering team to provide the specs for the MVP.
For complex features like data ingestion, conversion, management or set up of health rules and alerting, I collaborated with closely with my colleagues to ensure a consistent and streamlined input experience that was in full compliance with Cisco's design system.
Observability Platform Experience design

SaaS solutions for the Supply Chain Industry
Guidelines and Specifications for layout and data visualizations to ensure a unified experience across all applications on Cisco's observability platform.
Cisco's design system library was not yet comprehensive enough to address the needs for specific user groups. Providing more detailed specifications for dashboard layouts and crucial elements addressed user feedback while further maturing the design system.
Compact layout mode for higher density
and drill down actions for data correlation
Designed new data widget and defined its configuration and responsive scaling behavior
Light and dark mode definition, created templates and provided hands on support
Established layout standards enabling customizations and guided implementation
Dashboard Framework
Added new graphic components and
guidelines to Cisco's design system, driving alignment across teams. It enabled 3rd party developers to extend Cisco's observability platform with compliant applications and modules.
Instructions for 3rd party developers extending the platform with custom apps and modules
Preserving the integrity of the user experience via documentation for custom modules
Ensuring consistent user experience
across all Cisco's software products
Easy to understand interaction patters and
rules via wireframes and annotations
